Sometimes i suffer of severe bloating. It is the worst in the world. You know the feeling right? Getting ready for a night out in the town and all of a sudden you are bloated and nothing fits or looks good. Especially with the upcoming holidays this is something i worry about when thinking of my Christmas dress i wan to wear or my new years party outfit i have carefully been selecting for months. So for that little issue i have found 10 foods that stimulates fat burning and with the right amount of workouts can give you a flat stomach. Besides all of this good food during these festive times are also not the best for my health and fitness regime. I try to workout 4 times a week, but preferably i would like to bump that up to 5. Working out makes me feel good and strong, sort of my therapy. 

1. Sour cream without fat
Perfect snack at any time of day is exactly the cream without fat. It contains large amounts of protein and its consumption will help you stay full. Make your delicious dessert, add fruit to it and enjoy the taste.
2. Blueberries
Low-fat, rich in vitamins and most importantly, they speed up the gut. Every day eat one cup of blueberries or make a fresh juice from them.
3. Eggs
If you exercise or do some other physical activity, then your menu needs to contain eggs. It is best to eat them for breakfast because it will keep you full throughout the day.
4. Appetizers 
If you are late nibbling something, saturate with walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds. Using these nuts will soon reach the flat stomach and stabilize blood sugar levels.
5. Fish
Fish is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids and its regular consumption boost metabolism, which means weight is quickly disappearing. Practice consumption of fish at least 2 times a week.
6. Soybeans
Soy will help clear the body of toxins, but will keep you fuller for longer because of the high amount of protein it contains. Buy ready soy sauce or soy beans then obtain that you can add a soup or freshly squeezed juices.
7. Apple
Surely you will agree that apples are the most delicious fruits that exist. These delicious fruits will not only keep you satiated throughout the day, but if you eat every morning on a your stomach becomes flat for a short time.
8. Lettuce
It is ideal before each lunch or a meal to eat a bowl of lettuce, because it is the best vegetables that will help to flatten the stomach.
9. Quinoa or “golden fruit”
You can find it in health food stores, and it has a similar taste to the integral rice. Quinoa grains are used as a substitute for rice and they are rich in protein and fiber, and you can use it as a supplement with fish, chicken or salad.
10. Avocado
Avocados will help in a very short time to enjoy in a flat stomach. It is rich in nutrients, melt fat, and perfectly fits into chicken salad.
And to pare healthy foods with the right exercises, it will have you fit nicely in that dress in no time!
