Healthfreak

I have started to watch my calorie intake, because i am trying to lead a healthier lifestyle. I am always searching for a good snack, because sometimes you just crave something to nibble on. That is why i love green grapes. They make the best in-between snack to lower intense sugar cravings. I started researching grapes and discovered that they have real health benefits. Therefore i wanted to share this little trick of mine with the rest of you. And when the weather is hot i like to put the grapes in the freezer for about 2/3 hours and let them freeze, so when you eat them they are like little popsicles, it is delicious!

Fruits and vegetables of all kinds have been known for reducing risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer and other conditions. Many studies have shown that increasing consumption of plant foods like grapes decreases the risk of obesity and overall mortality, i mean how good does that sound! So grapes are an awesome fitness snack to help you control your sugar cravings. Grapes also have a 'super food' status, they have been associated with reducing the risk of cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure, constipation, allergies, diabetes, acne and so on. They consist of anti-inflammatory effects. Obviously grapes are not miracle foods to cure anything, but i believe while maintaining a healthy lifestyle grapes will benefit all of us. Plus you can get super creative with them in the kitchen.

So grape away!
